Dear All,

This is Dave Schulenberg, Norbert’s (“Schully”) youngest son. I’ve heard my Dad speak of his “Classmates” in the past and discovered your group email though his account.

Sadly, Dad passed away last week. He went a long time with undiagnosed cancer which was too widespread and powerful to fight when finally recognized. He looked at peace during his final days and I know he was looking forward to being with my Mother, Terry.

I just wanted to pass along the news and thank you all for your friendship over the years, You brought happiness to my Dad through reminiscing the past and your gatherings / reunions were something he always looked forward to, even if he couldn’t make them all.

Please feel free to pass along the news to those who knew him. Next time you “get together",” please think of him and share some stories of happiness. He’ll be watching, so you better look like you’re having fun! Take care everyone.

Dave Schulenberg
